How to get to FIGMENT Boston

What to Bring to FIGMENT Boston

LEAVE NO TRACE
Please help us keep Memorial Drive and the Charles River beautiful by cleaning up after yourself and not littering. The entire FIGMENT staff is volunteer, including our clean-up crew. We adhere to a “Leave No Trace” ethic, and ask you to do the same. If you bring it out there with you, either bring is back or make sure it gets into a trash receptacle.

NO SOLICITING
FIGMENT is a non-profit event planned and staffed by a team of volunteers. One of its goals is to create a social and creative experience uninterrupted by commercial sponsorships, transactions, or advertising. This way, people can focus on sharing art and meeting one another in a friendly way. FIGMENT does not sell anything on the Island. Selling goods or services or soliciting donations is not permitted at FIGMENT. We understand that many you make your livelihoods by selling your art and we would like to support you, but FIGMENT does not allow commerce of any kind.

SHARE YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Help FIGMENT by sharing your photos and videos. The easiest way to do this is by uploading your photos to Flickr and videos to YouTube and tagging them “FIGMENTBoston2010.” Please send links to your photos to photos@figmentproject.org. With your permission, we would love to use them for future media inquiries and promotional purposes. Full credit will always be given each time your work is used.
